This 110 mm Aquaflow square hopper is designed for use with most underground drainage systems. Typically a waste pipe operates at 30% capacity, but the hopper increases efficiency to closer to 100%. Attach it to a rainwater downpipe or sink waste outlet. The hopper will fill with water before discharging it to the drains, creating a syphon effect and ensuring the water clears quickly.The hopper's outlet pipe is 110 mm so it'll connect with most existing drainage. If that's a system combining foul and rainwater, you'll need to fix it to a gully trap to eliminate odours. When you're building a new system that discharges water into public drains, you'll need permission from local authorities.
