VersaDrive Heavy Duty Impacta-DrillTaps are primarily designed to be adapted for use with a reversible Magnet Drill to drill and tap heavy plate in 1 easy operation. However, they can also be adapted for use with an impact wrench to enlarge and tap existing holes. Due to the high rotational torque generated by larger thread sizes, Heavy Duty Impacta-DrillTaps are not reccomended for use in a standard drill chuck.
