Isomat Flexcoat is a premium, elastic, waterproofing paint based on 100% acrylic UV cross-linking resins. It offers absolute water impermeability and protects walls against rain damage. The product features high elasticity and crack-bridging ability, ideal for surfaces prone to hairline cracks up to 1 mm. It maintains its elastic properties over a temperature range of -20°C up to +80°C. The finish is vapor-permeable, allowing building breathability while preventing ingress of CO2 and other aggressive agents. It provides excellent opacity and surface coverage, strong adhesion to the substrate, and outstanding resistance to weathering and UV radiation.
