Sikkens Cetol BL Primer is a water-based priming coat for exterior wood. It is flexible, microporous and provides good adhesion for BL finishing coats. Bleeding knots and resins is prevented. Application is by brush with coverage up to 10sq/m per litre, recoatable between 4-6 hours.
